1. The Petitioner's representation dated 29th April, 2021 shall be examined by District and Sessions Judge, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.2) and after giving the Petitioner a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st August, 2022 and be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 8th August, 2022. No further orders are called for at this stage. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
