This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.13376 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 19.10.2022 granting bail to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is working in a Company and in many times, he is going outside the State and the condition no.iii causing serious prejudice on his part. Hence, that condition may be modified.

Accordingly, it is directed that the paragraph-4 of the order dated 19.10.2022 be waived, rest part of the order remaining the same. It is open for the learned trial court that the learned trial court may be imposed any other suitable condition to the petitioner.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
