1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. After arguing for sometime learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition in order to move to the Government along with representation for redressal of his grievance.

3. In view of such submission, it is observed that if he moves the Government with representation to opposite party No.1/Additional chief Secretary to Government, Health & Family Welfare Department, the said authority shall consider it within the shortest possible time preferably within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of representation along with the certified copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of being withdrawn with the liberty sought for.

4. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules in course of the day.
