1. Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

2. Prayer for modification, as sought for, is allowed.

3. In the 7th & 8th line of Paragrah-4 of the order dated 09.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 13382 of 2022, the words "S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar" is hereby corrected and replaced by the words "J.M.F.C., Jagannath Prasad".

4. Considering the ground advanced by learned counsel for the Petitioners, two weeks further time from today is extended, as a last chance, for the Petitioners to surrender before the court below as per the order dated 09.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 13382 of 2022, but subject to payment of cost of ₹500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the Money Receipt thereof before the
