1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. The Petitioner, in this Writ Petition, seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties to release his salary from the month of March, 2022 till date as without any basis his salary has not been released by the authority.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has given a representation to the authority i.e. the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Department of Odia Language, Literature and Culture, Sanskruti Bhawan, Odisha, Bhubaneswar ventilating his grievance. But the

// 2 // said representation has not yet been disposed of by the authority.

In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Department of Odia Language, Literature and Culture, Sanskruti Bhawan, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a period of one month from the date of submission/ presentation of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. .
