2.
The Petitioner having been implicated in Laxmisagar P.S. Case No.297 of 2020 corresponding to the concerned case registered for alleged commission of offence under section 166/167/177/182/192/323/342/379/406/409/420/294/506/120-B of the IPC pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, has filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of his arrest. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State as also for the Informant.
// 2 // 4.
Considering the submission and keeping in view the nature of accusations as to the role of this Petitioner as also the manner of commission of offences as those emanate from the materials on record; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.
It is, however, observed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court below and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit further taking into account all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper prospective and disposed of early in accordance with law.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
