This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri for early disposal of Civil Proceeding No.426 of 2019 pending before him.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although the matter is pending since 2019, the same has not been proceeded substantially for which the Petitioner is seriously prejudiced. Hence, she prays for a direction for the aforesaid relief. 4.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of the record, it appears that the Petitioner has not made out any ground for early disposal of Civil Proceeding No. 426 of 2019. The order sheet of the Civil Proceeding is also not annexed to the writ petition to appreciate the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
