The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to grant service continuity benefits and the consequential benefits following the principles laid down in the judgment dated 22.12.2016 passed in W.P.(C) No. 27744 of 2013 confirmed by the apex Court.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-11, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the judgment passed by the tribunal in O.A. No. 1449 of 2011 disposed of on 04.12.2012, which has been confirmed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 27744 of 2013 and W.P.(C) No. 15806 of 2014 and affirmed by the apex Court in SLP No. 22174 of 2017 on 13.11.2017, within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised

no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-11 taking into consideration the judgment passed by the tribunal in O.A. No. 1449 of 2011 disposed of on 04.12.2012, which has been confirmed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 27744 of 2013 and W.P.(C) No. 15806 of 2014 and affirmed by the apex Court in SLP No. 22174 of 2017 on 13.11.2017, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
