1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Section 363, I.P.C.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail in connection with G.R. Case No.2029 of 2022 arising out of Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No.415 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara within a period of three weeks' from today, he shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that the

4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
