This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 22.04.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while granting interim bail to the petitioner as per the aforesaid order, the condition was fixed that the petitioner has to furnish bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) with two local solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin over the matter. It is further submitted that since the petitioner is a man from Fategarh and the case is now subjudiced in the Court

// 2 // of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Phulbani and the case is of Phiringia police station, it is very difficult on the part of the petitioner to get local sureties and therefore, in case of local sureties, it may be ordered to furnish any two solvent sureties.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the word 'local' in the operative portion of the bail order dated 22.04.2022 stands deleted.

With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 22.04.2022 remains unaltered.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
