None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

On perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner after availing the interim bail has not surrendered before the learned trial Court and this Court by order dated 20.04.2022 has directed the IIC, Larambha P.S. to apprehend the petitioner and produce him before the Court.

In view of the above, the bail application stands dismissed and the learned trial Court is requested to proceed against the petitioner and his surety in accordance with law.
