1. Heard Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Order No.

Mr. J.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

2. The present petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the Petitioner and the Opposite Parties.

3. Leaving all the questions raised by both the parties open to be urged before the learned Arbitrator, with the consent of the parties and without prejudice to their rights and contentions, the Court appoints Shri Santanu Kumar Sarangi, Advocate of this Court as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the High Court of Orissa Arbitration Centre.

4. The arbitration petition is disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be communicated to the Coordinator, High Court Arbitration Centre and the learned Arbitrator forthwith.
