This is the second journey of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Balasore Sadar P.S. Case No.215 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.657 of 2020 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C. (R), Balasore running for the alleged commission of offence under sections 341/323/325/307/302/143/147/148/149, I.P.C. read with section 25/27 of the Arms Act in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of accusations against the petitioner as those emanate from the materials on record as well as the surrounding

// 2 // circumstances, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to this Petitioner.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
