This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) In view of the facts and circumstances as narrated above in para-6, it is ardently prayed that the Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the Respondents to fix the pay of the applicant in the pay band S-12 of Rs.12090/- to Rs.34,800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- w.e.f 3.9.11 in the scale of pay of Rs.9300/- to Rs.34,800/- + GP Rs.4600/- onwards and sanction and disburse the arrears after fixation of his pay as per Rule 7(i) of the ORSP Rule, 2008 with all financial benefits within a time stipulation as fixed by this Hon'ble Tribunal And pass any other order / orders as deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience.

And for which act of your kindness the applicant shall as on duty bound ever pray".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of one week hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of one month. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
