The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to absorb her in regular establishment in the post of Munsarim in terms of the scheme of the Government instructions taking into account her 18 years of continuous service as Safei Moharir under J.C. Estt. Of Directorate of Consolidation, as has been given to other similarly situated persons vide Annexures-8, 9 and 10, within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-11, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the order dated 28.09.2021 of the Govt. of Odisha in Revenue and Disaster Management Department, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without

expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-11 taking into consideration the order dated 28.09.2021 of the Govt. of Odisha in Revenue and Disaster Management Department, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
