Order No 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The State Respondents be directed to modify the impugned order at Annexure-5 by allowing the applicant the Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- instead of Rs.4800/- at the stage of 2nd financial up-gradation under RACPS and the Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- at the stage of 3rd financial up-gradation under RACPS with usual increment @ 3 % I accordance with the Rule 13 of ORSP Rules, 2008 under RACPS with all other financial benefits on completion of 20/30 years of continuous service both w.e.f. 1.1.2013 onwards.
(ii) Further direction may be issued for refixation of his pay incorporating the modified order of financial benefits and to re-fix of his pay and pensioin with the arrears accrued there under be drawn and disburse to him within a time frame.
(iii) Any other relief(s) as deem fit & proper".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of one week hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of one month. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 7.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
