Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that though the petitioners seek for regularization of their service, but the engagement of the petitioners were schematic one, for which the claim of the petitioners for regularization cannot sustain in the eye of law.

In view of the above, the claim made by the petitioner cannot sustain in the eye of law and as such the writ petition stands dismissed. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
