2. It is submitted by Mr. Padhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.Katikia, learned Addl. Government Advocate that the victim has already been rescued and handed over to her motherRasmita Sethi, lawful guardian in the meantime and one of the culprits has been forwarded under Sections 363/366/376-D/34 of I.P.C. and Section 6 of POCSO Act.

In such view of the matter, there remains nothing to be decided in this W.P. (CRL).

Accordingly, the W.P. (CRL) is disposed of.
