Heard Mr. M.Pati, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. N. Prusty, learned Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 26.08.2022, Sri Rama Chandra Nahak- District Education Officer, Koraput appeared in person before this Court and filed compliance affidavit.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties-Contemnors that the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 14.05.2014 has been fully complied with, with passing of an order in favour of the Petitioner on 20.09.2022 vide Annexure-B/3 to the affidavit dated 21.09.2022.

Mr. Pati who was also provided with the copy of the said affidavit along with office order dated 20.09.2022 fairly submitted
// 2 // that the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 14.05.2014 has been complied with.

In view of the same and due to the compliance of the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 14.05.2014, the Contempt Petition is treated as dropped. The personal appearance of Opposite Party No.3 is dispensed with.
