The Original Application No.1623 (C) of 2018 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.1623 of 2018. 3.

The Petitioner working as In-charge Executive Engineer, Designs and Quality Control in the Office of the Superintending Engineer, Central Minor Irrigation Circle, Bhubaneswar, challenged the notification dated 20th June, 2018, whereby he has been transferred as Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Quality Control and Design in the Office of the Superintending Engineer, KBK-II, MIC, Jeypore against existing vacancy.

// 2 // Learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal vide order dated 28th June, 2018 while issuing notice directed stay of transfer order dated 20th June, 2018 vide Annexure-10.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. Prasanta Kumar Mishra, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of such submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
