Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

"(i) That the order dated 26.05.2012 (A/10) be quashed.

(ii) That the respondents be directed to reinstate the applicant into service and to allow resume her duty with all consequential benefits.

(iii) And further be pleased to pass any order / order(s) as deem fit and proper to give complete relief to the applicant.

(iv) And for the said acct of your kindness the applicant as in duty bound shall ever pray".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 21.11.2013 under Annexure-12 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law by giving a personal hearing to the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
