Heard Mr. A.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. P. Tripathy, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State and Mr. S.K Mishra, who has entered appearance for informantopposite party no.2. 3.

Considering the nature of allegations and the availability of materials prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the application for bail at this stage. It is however, open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of some material witnesses in the case including the victim, which this Court trusts shall be examined at the first instance. 4.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
