03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. Samal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. T.K. Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K. Samal, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- " i) To quash the order at Annexure-4.
ii) To direct the Respondents to allow him to continue at present place of posting against the Group-D employee under the Respondent No.2.
iii) To any other relief to which applicant is entitled to".

On instruction and as directed by this Court on 11.08.2021, Mr. Samal, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties contended that in the meantime vide order dated 30.03.2016 issued by the Government in G.A Department, the Petitioner has already been re-engaged and he has been given the status on temporary employee
// 2 // in terms of the Finance Department Resolution dated 04.09.2012.

Since the Petitioner in the meantime has been reengaged with accordance of temporary status vide order dated 30.03.2016, the prayer as made in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
