2. None appeared for the Petitioner when the matter was called.

3. This Interim Application has been filed seeking recalling of order dtd.06.05.2022.

4. Since it is found that the order dtd.06.05.2022 has been passed on the ground that the learned counsel for the Petitioner has no instruction and liberty has been given to the Petitioner to file a fresh application, if any cause of action still subsists, this Court is not inclined to recall the order dtd.06.05.2022.

5. The I.A. is accordingly dismissed.
