Having regard to the nature of allegations and the availability of prima facie materials to show the complicity of the petitioner, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail at this stage, which is therefore, rejected. It shall however be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of the victim in the trial before the Court below. 4.

BLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
