Heard Mr. R.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

According to Mr. Sahoo, the petitioner is aggrieved by nondisposal of Arbitration Case No.174 of 2022 arising out of L.A. Case No.4 (17) of 2021, L.A. Case No.4 (18) of 2021 and L.A. Case No.4 (19) of 2021 pending before the Collector, Puri-cum-Arbitrator (opposite party no.3). Accordingly, he prays for that a direction be given to the said opposite party to dispose of the said case within a stipulated time. 3.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case either way, this Court directs the opposite party no.3 to make all endeavour to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other impediment.

The writ application is accordingly disposed of. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
