03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition with the following relief:- "In view of the facts stated in paragraph-6 above, the applicant prays for the following relief:- i) Admit the Original Application, ii) Call for the records, iii) And this Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to quash the Office Order No.20131 dt.30.05.2015 under Annexure-3 series so far as it relates to selection of the present applicant in the post of TGT (Arts) under Jajpur District;
// 2 // iv) And further direct the respondent No.2 to consider the candidature of the applicant as against the TGT(Arts) seats reserved for SEBC candidates having Khorda as their choice-1 district as at Annexure-4 and accordingly select the applicant in Khorda district;
v) And pass any other order as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity."

It is submitted that similar claim as made by similarly situated petitioners/applicants has been allowed by the learned Tribunal and the order has been confirmed by this Court as well as by the Hon'ble Apex Court. The order produced by Mr. Sahoo be kept on record along with additional affidavit. In view of such submission, the Petitioner is permitted to move an application for her posting in the district of Khurdha before O.P. No. 2.
5. It is observed that if any such application is filed before O.P. No. 2 within a period of three (3) weeks from today, the said Authority shall take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of three (3) months by giving personal hearing to the Petitioner. It is however observed that while taking such a decision, the said Opp. Party shall take into consideration the order passed on similar issue and confirmed by this Court as well as by the Hon'ble Apex Court.
