2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- Direct the respondents to declare the applicants as Junior Teachers with effect from the date when they have completed three years of service and declare them as Regular Primary School Teacher three years thereafter i.e. after completion of six years of service from the date of their initial engagement as Sikshya Sahayak and all service benefits including HRA, increments etc. and other consequential benefits may be extended in their favour and arrear remuneration/salary be calculated accordingly and be extended within a reasonable time.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioners are permitted to make fresh individual representation before Opp. party No.3 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioners ventilating their grievances, the same
// 2 // shall be considered by Opp. party No.3 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
