1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. 2 . Ms. Aswathy S., the contemnor/ Opposite Party No.1 is personally present in Court through Video Conferencing mode pursuant to the order dated 02.09.2022 passed in CONTC No.6213 of 2021.

3. Heard.

4. This CONTC has been filed by the Petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 21.01.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2442 of 2021 by the incumbent Contemnors/ Opposite Parties.

5. Mr. Debasis Mohapatra, learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education files the letter dated 24.09.2022 (Intimation Slip of P.P.O.) sent by the Assistant Accounts Officer, Office of the Principal Accountant General (A & E), Odisha, Bhubaneswar addressed to the Treasury Officer, Dist./ Spl. Treasury and submits that arrangement has been made for payment in favour of the Petitioner. A copy of the said letter has been handed over on the learned counsel for the Petitioner in Court today.

6. In such view of the matter, the order dated 21.01.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2442 of 2021 has been complied with by the incumbent Contemnors.

7. Accordingly, this CONTC is dropped.

8. Personal appearance of the contemnor/ Opposite Party No.1 is dispensed with.

9. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
