Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the rival contentions of the Parties and from page9 of the brief, this Court finds, the work assigned to the Tahasildar, Cuttack Sadar is only to work out the direction without involving to any adjudicating process. This direction appears to have been issued on 18.01.1993. It is surprise to note that execution of such direction is pending for such a long time before the competent authority. In the process, the Tahasildar, Cuttack Sadar is directed to execute the direction in Annexure-1 by completing entire exercise within a period of fifteen days from the date of service of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner provided there is no challenge to the order at Annexure-1 in the meantime and there is no reversal of such order, if any, in the meantime.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
