It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a similar nature of Application bearing WPC(OAC) No.1976 of 2015 involving a similarly situated person has already been decided on 23.7.2021. In disposal of WPC(OAC) No.1976 of 2015, this Court in allowing such claim to the similarly situated person has directed to work out the benefit in the manner indicated therein.
