Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed for modification.

In terms to the recitals in the I.A. and taking into account the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 28.10.2022, she is permitted to correct the cause title relating to description of the place of residence of the petitioner in terms of the memo that he is the resident of " P/o- Tiura, P.S.-Khori, Dist-Sagar (M.P)".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to make a necessary correction in Court.

Learned Court in seisin is called upon to act on the production of the corrected cause title.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

Other conditions in the said order remains unaltered. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
