1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. K.C. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Bibudhendra Dash, learned counsel appearing for O.P. No. 2.

3. This is an application seeking modification of order dtd.30.08.2022.

4. It is submitted that the Petitioner is an employee under the O.P. No. 1 and he was earlier on deputation to O.P. No. 2. After completing his deputation, Petitioner is now continuing under O.P. No. 1. Hence O.P. No. 1 be directed to take follow-up action in the matter.

5. In view of such stand taken by Mr. Dash, this Court while modifying the order dtd.30.08.2022, permits O.P. No. 1 to take any further action as directed by this Court in its order dtd.30.08.2022 in place of O.P. No. 2.

6. I.A. is disposed of.
