This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Divisional Forest Officer, Keonjhar Wild Life Division, Anandapur-Opposite Party No.2 to pass necessary orders on her application filed under Rule 7 of the Odisha Timber & Other Forest Produce Transit Rules, 1980 (For short 'the Rules') for removal and transit of forest produce.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court vide order dated 3rd November, 2022 directed learned State Counsel to take instruction in the matter. Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instruction, submits that the application for T.T. Permit filed by the Petitioner has already been rejected by the Divisional Forest Officer, Keonjhar Wild Life Division, Anandapur-Opposite Party No.2 and has been communicated to the Petitioner vide letter dated 9th November, 2022.

Since the final order on the application under Rule 7 of the Rules has already been passed, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may assail the final order passed on the application under Rule 7 of the Rules. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
