It is submitted by Mr. R.K. Bisoi, learned counsel for the petitioner that, the interim order passed by the learned Tribunal having already been complied with and the petitioner, having retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31st July, 2020 and his grievance having already been redressed by the interim order, the W.P.(C) (OA) No.1688 of 2018 has become infructuous in the meantime.

Accordingly, the aforesaid W.P.(C) (OA) is disposed of as infructuous.
