Since the application involved here is filed hardly in this year and also involving the limitation petition, there cannot be a targeted decision at this moment, this Court therefore declines to entertain the Writ Petition at this stage. Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again after loss of time and in the event there is no progress shown involving such application.
