This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction for early admission of Revision Case No.67 of 2021 pending before the Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack. 2.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs in the event the Petitioner files a memo before the competent authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the Revision Case No.67 of 2021 within a period of one month thereafter.
