Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw this BLAPL with a liberty to move the learned Court in seisin afresh after filing of the charge sheet. In the event such an application is moved, learned Court in seisin shall consider the same on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.
