08. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. H.P. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. R.N. Acharya, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. This Contempt Petition has been filed challenging noncompliance of the order dtd.06.10.2015 passed in O.A. No. 2237(C) of 2011.

4. Mr. Acharya, learned Standing Counsel produce before this Court the letter dtd.09.11.2022 issued by the District Education Officer, Jagatsinghpur, wherein it has been indicated that the arrear salary of the Petitioner from 01.09.2006 to 04.05.2007 have already been released on 27.10.2022. The copy of the letter dtd.09.11.2022 be kept on record.

5. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is treated as dropped.
