This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioners to modify the order dated 28.10.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid contempt petition.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that W.P.(C) No.19363 of 2021 has been mentioned in 2nd and 4th Paragraph of the order dated 28.10.2022, which is no way connected with the facts of the present case. As such, the same be deleted.

Accordingly, the expression "passed in W.P.(C) No.19363 of 2021" occurred in 2nd and 4th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 28.10.2022 be deleted.

The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
