1. In view of the order passed by this Court on 19th April, 2022 in W.P.(C) No.30957 of 2021 (Rupesh Kumar Biswal v. State of Odisha), it is clarified that the judicial order earlier passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.15433 of 2012 (Anand Dash v. State of Odisha) will be applicable to the present Petitioners as well. The same directions are issued in this petition.
