This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this RPFAM seek to assail the order dated 6th March, 2019 (Annexure-3) passed in Criminal Proceeding No.18 of 2016, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur directed to each of the Petitioners to pay Rs.2,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the application i.e. from 5th February, 2016. The Petitioners are also seeking for a direction for early disposal of Cr.P. No.206 of 2019 (Annexure-4) filed by the Opposite Party for realization of Rs.1,60,000/-.

In course of hearing, Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioners by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

Accordingly, this RPFAM stands dismissed as withdrawn.
