Mr. Pratap Kumar Mohanty, learned counsel prays for further adjournment on behalf of Mr. Goutam Charan Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioners stating that he is suffering from hyper tension.

Vide order dated 17th February, 2022, this Court while granting adjournment made it clear that no further adjournment on behalf of the Petitioners shall be entertained. 4.

In that view of the matter, this Court has no other option than to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. 5.
