1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr. D.P.Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 22nd June, 2021, in connection with Dharmasala P.S. Case No.168/2021 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Jajpur corresponding to C.T. Special (POCSO) Case No.92/2021 for the alleged commission of the offence under

// 2 // Sections 363/376(2)(n) of I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

4. Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and particularly the statement of the victim stating that there was love relationship between the two, but subsequently had culminated in their marriage, I find no justified reason to detain the Petitioner in custody any longer. The BLAPL is therefore allowed..

5. Let the Petitioner- Sentera @ Dipu Gedi be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
