This application has been filed for impletion of the legal heirs of the deceased-petitioner as petitioners. 3.

Considering the prayer made and the grounds stated in the I.A., the prayer for substitution is allowed. 4.

The I.A. stands disposed and consolidated cause title filed in Court today, be kept on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner filed an affidavit in Court today contending therein that during pendency of the writ petition the opposite party no.2 vide office order dated 15.09.2021 has dropped the Departmental Proceeding and treated the period of suspension as duty and also directed for sanction and disburse all the consequential financial benefits to the family of the deceased

Arun employee.

In view of the above, nothing more remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
