02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Pattnayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G.N. Rout, learned ASC appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. It is submitted that the impugned order at Annexure-7 is appealable one and Petitioner be permitted to prefer an appeal. Considering such request, this Court while disposing the writ Petition permits the Petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned order dtd.16.04.2014 before the R.C.C.F, Berhampur Circle, Berhampur within a period of fifteen (15) days from today.
