Heard Mr. S.S. Rao, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D. Gochhayat, learned Central Government Counsel. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the decision under Annexure-14 and to direct the Opposite Parties to consider his representation vide Annexures-9 and 10 within a stipulated period. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made a representations to Opposite Party No.5 vide Annexures-9 and 10, and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Central Government Counsel has no objection.

As agreed to by learned Counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.5 to consider the representations filed by the Petitioner vide Annexures-9 and 10, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
