Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is no dispute at Bar that in the meantime order involved being challenged in W.P.(C) No.23912 of 2017, the Writ Petition has been dismissed by the Division Bench.

For the opinion of this Court, there is no lawful impediment in working out the order involved herein. In the process, in disposal of the Contempt Petition, this Court directs the authority concerned even involving the new present incumbent to workout the order dated 28.09.2015 passed in O.A. No. 2478 of 2011 involving the Petitioner at least within a period of two months hence.
