Heard Mr. P.K. Mahali, learned counsel for the Appellant. 3.

It is submitted by Mr. Mahali that during pendency of the appeal, an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- out of the deposited amount was disbursed in favour of the claimant - Respondent No.1 pursuant to direction of this court dated 22nd November, 2021. 4.

Accordingly, the judgment dated 10th October, 2022 is modified to the extent that the amount due to the claimant - Respondent in terms of said judgment be disbursed by deducting Rs.2,50,000/- as the same was already disbursed in favour of the claimant - Respondent. The rest part of the order remains unaltered. 5.

The I.A. is disposed of.
