At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to file the deficit Court fees of Rs.6/- and Advocate Welfare Fund fees of Rs.50/- alongwith a memo in course of the day. 3.
According to learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are land less persons and though on 15.06.2021, they applied for settlement of government land in their favour before the Tahasildar, Mahakalapara (opposite party No.3) under Annexure-2, till date nothing has been done in the matter.
